30-MIN H.I.T WORKOUT

High intensity training (H.I.T) workouts are designed to push you to your personal limits. Working out in this manner will get you extremely fit and burn through your fat reserves. The process of your body restoring and repairing from the heavy session triggers a high level of post exercise oxygen consumption raising your metabolism for 24-36 hours after you finish your routine!

 

Priced at just £15 for an off peak session (£20 after 5pm) this is a great way to get to really make the most of your gym sessions and finally get the results you want.
